I do a min of 6 sessions a week. Today the class was full and I missed out on a bike. That's the fourth time this month!

I'm really depressed now because I have to wait until tomorrow. What can I do to stop feeling this way? I feel like picking a fight!

I'v had a pain on the right side of my lower back and top of my bum. I've had it a week and i'm not the sort to keep running to the Dr's. Also today i've flu like symptons. Pain killers do the trick but wear off afterwards. Sitting down for two long gives me a limp. Any clues to what it might be. Can't see the Treage nurse till Monday.

My GYN just put me on birth control for the first time after my first exam (I'm 18) because of an extremely irregular period- I had it 8 times in roughly 2 and a half months (before that it had been very regular).. Anyway, since I started the pill, I've been having sharp, severe pains in my lower abdomen. The pain usually stops after I take my pill that day. Today was the first day of my period and the cramps have been worse than ever before- no medicine, exercise or heat seems to help. Is this normal for birth control, or could something be wrong?

I have both. Eyes LOL but I need glasses and my eye sight is horrible its 20/80 or worse so I can't play soccer or sports with glasses . I thought about contacts but idk.... Help what can I do?

ok i know im gonna get loads of preachy answers to this but please please dont judge me for it
im 5'9, 17 and weight about 100-102
i havent had a period in 6 months
i have ben trying to eat a bit more but i know, that right now im not willing to put on 10 pounds or whatever so dont say "gain weight"
i just realy want to start getting my period again.is there any supplements or specific vitamins i can take that might bring my period back? i DONT wanna start eating loads!!!
Actually, is there any drawbacks to not having a period.?...surely that means i dont have to worry too much about geting pregnant when im having sex with my bf (i havent had sex yet but im really thinking about it) and i know its wouldnt be a substitute for contraception btw
oh and please dont just say "get help", please just answer if ya can!!

i was due my period about a week ago but instead i got a brown discharge which i've had for about 9 days
i'm 16 and i'm a virgin although i have been down on my boyfriend and he's fingered me

Im 21, Im on birth control, my boyfriend and I are very careful when it comes to sex. Were going on a trip next week and im suppose to be on my period, is it bad to purposely skip my period using birth control by skipping the placebo week when you normally get your period and go right to the next pack?

I'm not depressed. I'm very happy at times it's just when I get angry I'm hysterical. I usually just bang on the wall in my room or spike a volleyball hard but I didnt feel like doing it this time. A while ago my mom gave me a surgical blade to cut out planter warts on my feet. I never used it. But I took it out of the wrapping and cut myself. The cut is so small it looks more like a scratch. I've had bigger accidental cuts with a pencil! Its about this big ----. Not very big at all. I washed it with achohol and held it hard until it stopped bleeding. I also think my sister might have seen me do it because I was crying and saying "ow" a lot. I know I probably won't do it again because I didn't like how it felt at all. In fact, it didn't help me feel any less angry. I feel angrier now then I did before. I just want to know if it will scar and if there's any other way to get my anger out.

lets face it i think im ugly. For one i have a square jaw. No good looking men these days at least what women like have square jaws, they have rounded.

Okay, so I'm a 15 year old girl, which makes me in the age range for the HPV vaccine, Gardasil. Would you recommend getting it? Right now there is no way I am getting the vaccine. Of course, doctors, as well as the annoying-as-crap "One Less" commercials say that the vaccine is great. They say it protects against cervical cncer, and who wouldn't want that? Well, I did my research, and here's why I'm not getting the shot.
1. No long term affects of the drug have been examined. As well as we know, everyone who gets it could die in 10 years. There were no tests done after 5 years, and none after 18 months for younger girls.
2. The drug contains a carginogen, meanig that the drug itself has a possible cancer-causing ingredient.
3. The company who manufactures the drug, Merck, has no idea how log the drug affects will actually last. The effectiveness may go away after several years.
4. Rats who were givent the drug were shown to have reproduction problems.

I have been having serious burping issues at night. Lately my burps have been smelling and tasting like rotten eggs! It only happends at night and is aweful! Has anyone ever experienced this?

For the past 7 days I have been experiencing some really extreme migraines and an irritating sore throat...

The migraines only occur on a morning and an evening. And when they do they are extremely painful resulting in me not being able to move my head or get up without feeling dizzy or sickly.

The sore throat is constantly irritating as I have to keep swallowing every 20 minutes or so. It worsens on a night time too.

I've tried taking Ibuprofen, Paracetamol Suspension and a cough syrup (Not all together, lol) but nothing seems to help. They don't even improve it.

I'm beginning to worry and I'm thinking of going to the doctor as a last resort as it seems quite like a minor ailment.

Any suggestions as to what it could be and how to improve it at all?

I'm 5'4", 124 lbs and in middle school but my breasts are a 34dd! My family was large(my mom got a reduction) but do you think I should have one to? I am starting to get back pain, and I dont want attention from creeps, but do I need a reduction?

I been having this problem with my eyes since the optician dilated my eyes..its been a month since then and i see alot of those sprinkling stuff and the optician who dilated my eyes said it should go away but he seemed like he didnt really know what it was.. its not floaters or stuff like that..he even checked my eyes and he said he doesnt see anything wrong with my eyes. when i also look at some letters, it looks like its shaking and i told him that and he tested with that stick thing but he said he doesnt see anything wrong. this never happened before i got those eye drops in my eyes. i dont wanna get my eyes dilated again.

im having severe foot pain on the bottom of both of my feet the right one is worse than the left.the pain is mainly in the middle of the underneath of my feet. ive heard of plantar fasciitis but they talk about heel pain, i dont have heel pain the pain is worse in the morning and when i have not been on my feet i have trouble walking but as i walk it becomes easier but the pain is still there....help
