There could be a lot of reasons for this. Do you watch a lot of scary, adventure, horror, etc. films or shows? If you do this would be one very possible reason. Also, if you read similar books this could derive from it.
To attempt to hinder this you could try to get yourself thinking about other things before bed. Read a happy book, watch a comedy show or movie, play a game that makes you happy. Refrain from horror, violence, etc.

You've simply had a lot on your mind lately and had restless dreams. The only thing I can think of to stop it is to stop any work or play on computers or video games at least an hour before going to sleep. Otherwise, these things will stimulate your mind and remain in your head.

Sleep talking is very common and it happens to lots of people :) You watch movies, you must have a great imagination too and that can contribute to your sleep talking :) Obviously someone has told you that you are sleep talking and it can often be hard to distinguish what people are saying when they sleep talk because it can be loud, quiet and the speeches can be long or short, but don't worry about it :) lots of people sleep talk :)

I'm nearly 21 and I still talk in my sleep (along with sleepwalking) - I'm told that I say some really scary things at times, even threatening things. But I'm not sure what you can do to stop it. I've been doing it for years and nobody has gotten hurt heh.

When i was in high school my brother recorded my father having dialog in his sleep, he brought it to his german teacher and he said my dad was speaking dirty words about a supervisor he did not like at his place of work. Funny thing though my dad does not know german, but his parents were fluent.

Well, maybe you're watching too many scary movies too close to the time you fall asleep. Still, it could mean something..... if you (and your parents) are seriously worried, counsult a doctor.
