I am going out on new years eve and i need to know how to stop my period. i am on the pill and i couldnt find my pills for two days and my period started.

if your on birth control, find your pills and take them regularly everyday until after new years. you may continue your period for one or two days after you take your pill since you missed two days, but your body will adjust and you should be fine by new years.

You might not be able to stop your period even if you try to trick your body with pills.
Just take some tampons and change before you go out, and bring either change or a tampon in your pocket to change.

why would you need to stop your period?
just use a tampon, they last for 8 hours, you can flush them away and their small & easy to carry.
i dont know if you can stop them. even if you do it's probably not healthy.
