hi one of my friend is habituated of mastrubating daily and he is doing this act since many years now he is geting married and feeling shy to consult a physician does and will this act of his harm his married life and if so is there any course or treatment for that he presently dont have any problems with the erection but will the long wastage of sperm harm him in future to become a fahter or will his germs grow weak by thiis i will be thankful if i get a suggestion on this one as i want to help my friend and assure him of his bright future.

Oh, please... the only times when its a problem if it interferes with regular, normal living functions.

there's not a thing wrong with masturbating up to twice a day for many years. In the absence of opportunity for sexual release in other ways, masturbation is common for a lot of people whether once or twice a day or as little as 2 or 3 times a week.

It will nto affect his ability to get erect, produce enough sperm to make a future wife pregnant or anythign else bad. the only thing he needs to realize is that once he has th eopportunity for oral, vaginal or anal sex, he needs to avoid masturbating in the hours prior to each sexual adventure. And he may well need to reduce to once or twice a week (or less depending on the frequency of the sex he is having) in order to keep his penis nicely motivated to stand up and perform.

I have masturbated from 2-20 times a week over the past 50 years. I'm ok.

I think that you (I mean your friend ) should relax, maybe you, I mean your friend has a giant sex drive, just appreciate the sex drive before it dwindles away...
