I have panic attacks that come and go in phases, I can have several a week or none for months so anxiety is no stranger to me, but there are odd feelings I get sometimes. I'm trying to quit smoking, so anxiety has been worse...When I panic, sometimes I feel as if the world isn't real, sure, thats disassociation, the other one I get is what I'm asking about though. Sometimes I feel as if my body is disjointed, I can compare it to the disassociation that occurs when taking mushrooms (not that I currently use them or that I never experienced this before experimenting with drugs, so it's clearly not a long term effect of drug use), like my body feels unattached to itself. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Is that a result of anxiety? If I use relaxation techniques or give in and have a cigarette, it goes away.
