I am doing cardio on my treadmill for 30-45 minutes a day and am wondering If i am supposed to take days off during the week or do it 7 days a week? Is There a benefit to taking a day or 2 off? If so how many days should I not work out during the week? Or is 7 days a week the best for me? If you do take 2 days off do you take them in a row or split apart? Anyone know? I have been working out for going on my 4th week now and have only had 1 day off since.

You can do cardio, every day that is not a problem. Weight training is different, like every other day or so. I work out everyday, but it is mainly cardio and I do take a break from the weight training. I have a personal trainer.

I know some people lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks with the help offered on this site.
