I'm in my 50's now and I'm 5ft4 and still only weigh about 105. I've had 3 kids and I was told to drink a beer with every meal and I would gain weight. I hated beer, so was told to try a high protein shake with meals or instant breakfast. I haven't found anything that really works. I guess some of us "thin" people have metabolisms that eat up calories. As long as we're healthy, we should be happy about being thin..

Relying on the hindrance, there are a number of ways to try this. You probably have an awfully quick metabolism, it could simply be easier to have matters reminiscent of ensures or pediasures between ingredients. That's how i won weight. It would even be relatively valuable to see a nutritionist. They can help you do it healthily. I'd endorse eating over the everyday recommended quantity, and certainly keeping the fats intake up, but with traditionally healthy fats. Making use of things like olive oil preserve you in the healthy zone for whilst you become old, but still maintain you healthy NOW with your weight! Think free to message me on yahoo. I am going to be a nutritionist!

First of all get a health check. There are few reasons why people don't gain weight. Few are

1) Genetically your metabolic rate is high. This is all right and actually this is kind of a gift. So you wont get big abbs

2) Diabetes

After this go to a jim and work out. Don't take any supplements if you wannt to gain waight in a healthy way.

Toning exercise only, no aerobics. eat 6 to 8 times a day, never feel hungry. If you like milk drink a lot.

tone your body and muscles by lifting weights and working out... muscles weigh more than fat.. so you wont look skinny like a stick and gain weight at the same time =)

oh and its also HEALTHY.. dont just sit and eat junk food.. you will get diseases, high cholesterol, diabetes.. its very bad.. and you dont need to eat more than you eat now..

There may be no way to change that, your body may just be built small. Just try to keep eating and lift weights. Muscle weighs more than fat.

i had to gain weight to! and its hard.
have hospital strength sustigen. it has to be hospital strength and like a milkshake and it is good for you while you put on weight. you can eat heaps of food and not put on weight if u are eating low fat foods. try having healthy foods to put on weight. like nuts, olives, avacadeo, meat, noodles, bread, penut butter and add olive oild to most things like salads and stuff like that. also put olive grove spread on sandwhichs and potateos.
i really hope ive helped
