im 16 is it safe for me to take Enzyte.. what are the harmful side affects?

You and your Dr or PA (who generally are very good and often more thorough), have to determine if the need for the benefits out weigh the Possible side affects. There are many I would not use except under extreme circumstances. Talk to your PA about flushing your sinuses with warm normal saline a time or two a day when you are really needing help. You do it yourself with your head bent over the lav and squirting with minimal to moderate pressure using a bulb syringe. I didn't expect too much with doing that but surprisingly I did get relief.

Okay, kid, it's a commercial, and the vast majority of commercials LIE. You're also 16 and way to young to even think about "enhancement." That said, eating garlic and onions are good for the blood vessels. Just make sure your date eats garlic and onions as well or don't eat them on date nights.
