My sister takes percocet for fibromayalsia, she takes it daily and has used 100 pills since sept. I feel this is too much and that she is addicted to it, yet it has been prescribed to her by her Doctor.Any opinions would be appreciated.

I need help with my dtr's anger issues. When she gets angry (which is frequently) gets out of control and worry about it a lot.
Anyone knows how she can get help and what kind of help I should look into for her? She refuses psychotherapy and argues constantly at home.
Any groups/books/therapy methods I can look into?

I've been on my period for three months. yes. 12 weeks. and my parents won't take me to the doctor's, and I don't know where my health card is. I'm only 17. I am affraid i am anemic because of all the blood loss.... I don't know what to do because my parents won't take me to get looked at. I don't know why. pride maybe. what should i do? I don't have anything like my health insurance provider card. I can't even drive yet! (i will in a couple weeks) but for now I'm still on my period and i know its not normal. I went in once before when this happened, but it was only 7 weeks and the doctor said it was stress....... but this time its 12. I thought it would have been done by now....

i shower every day and my head is so itchy.

I was just reading a website that explains how nearsightedness really develops and how to properly prevent and even cure it. It is full of detailed pictures that explain the cause of it and how minus lenses (glasses for distance) make nearsightedness much worse very quickly

the website says that many eye doctors are not taught the truth in school and many don't know about it themselves.

my prescription is -1.75, I was curious on people's opinion on this and whether I should look into trying to cure my nearsightedness.

They appear to have many success rates although most of them are for low myopia, up to 3 diopters.

I appreciate your honest opinions please!

I have seen pictures of breasts and I have seen my firneds breasts and many have the Glands of Montgomery. Is it normal to NOT have them ever even after having children? Would that make your nipples less sensitive? I have never had them and do not have very sensitive nipples so I am wondering if anyone else has never had them? I just foudn out what they were called today so if you don't know you can look it up to see if you have them. I DON'T! Is this normal?

My father was an alcoholic when I was young and died of it when I was about 8 but I wont get into that. My mom drinks almost every day around 6:00 at home. She gets very sad acting and overly emotional when she drinks and always talks about death(creeps me out). Even though I dont think she is an alcoholic I still feel very resentful of her drinking. She works most of the time so I take care of myself a lot I do a lot of cleaning and cooking for myself and I handle school pretty well alone though. It seems like every time I want to talk to her she is either on the phone or drinking or both. Maybe I just dont like it because my dad died of alcoholism or because of the way she acts when she drinks. Every time I try to tell her that it bothers me she gets really defensive about it or angry. She knows it bothers me and my brother but continues to do it. Is this a sign of addiction? Are there any signs that I should be looking out for?

I actually bought one a long time ago. Tried to watch it twice. I could not get past the first 15 or so minutes and even that was a chore. It was bad, very bad. Critics said he was a grade B actor, I think they were being kind.

Ok my left eye has been twitching lately and it's bugging me. It started a couple of days ago, and hasn't let up. Anyone know what this might be? Have ya'll ever experienced this? I do work on a computer all day. But if it's computer related how come the other one doesn't twitch too? The other one being my right...but I guess you figured that out.

okay so the past few days some weird things have been going on, and i'm kinda scared to find out what it is. please read these symptoms and tell me what you think it is:

* eating alot (more than usual)
*breaking out alot (i've used everything, but nothing seems to work)
* boobs painfully sensitive/sore :(
*period late a few days (kinda typical)
*really tired in the morning
*pms-like symptoms, but no actual period

im only 15 and have never actually had sex. please, if anyone might have any advise to what this might be, i'd really like to know thx!

overdosing, not that I haven't already but more towards the end now. I want help but I just can't seem to get the gutts to pick up the phone. I don't know if I really want to die or just relieve some of the pain.. I'm a psychiatric patient with "lots" of crap(no different from anyone else) and I feel drained, over tired and exhausted. I dropped my shrink yesterday. I just don't know what else to do... the pills are really kicking in, and no this is NOT a joke, please any serious words of advice right now could really be a help, and no I don't want to call 911 or crisis, I've already taken the pills..not much they can do now..

I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm only 15 and should be perfectly healthy. I've been having dizzy spells, head aches, tingling in the back of my head and in my feet, and I lose time without remembering what happened. It's really starting to scare me. I had a cold sore about a week ago, now im not sure but I'm starting to get the signs of genital herpes. I'm going to go get tested soon but I am curious if you have a cold sore and you touch it and accidentally touch your genitals if you can get genital herpes that way.

Her mom has Stage 5 breast cancer, according to a doctor at the hospital in Houston, Missouri. She is coming down tomorrow to get checked out in a more equipped hospital in Springfield, MO. We hope its not as bad as it looks, but we don't know yet. Will anyone pray for her mom and her?
