ok i am an over weight 12 year old boy what are some excersices i can do to get in shape?

at 12 years old, doing pushups situps and jumping jacks are really all u will need to do. eat healthy most of the time and do 20 pushups and 10 situps after every meal and 20 situps 20pushups and 50jumping jacks before bed
