My husband was 22 when he joined the military...and by the time he was 25, he had grown an additional 2 inches...no kidding.
Of course, one can never be sure what is in the shots or immunizations that they are given all the time.
As for HGH, please think about not taking that, my doctor knew of a young man who died from HGH injections.
You are who God meant you to be, if you're otherwise healthy and happy and intelligent, count your blessings!

Generally people quit growing before that age, but in some rare cases continue to grow. If you haven't grown any in a couple of years or so, it's safe to say you won't grow any more. Once the growth plates at the end of the long bones have fused, it's too late even with hormone treatment. But generally speaking, it shouldn't be a problem.
You gotta work with what you got.

Stop worrying on how tall or how short you are, develop your personality make it so it out shines all that. Sure people will notice that your short but so what!
Be a man 1st!! Be short 2nd!!
Your confidence ,style, & personality, will always shine and speak louder and stronger than the tallest man. Tall isn't always 100% sexy ( it preaty damn close though), but a confedient, well gromed, stylish man is always sexy to women.
Work with what you got brother!
In the Marine Corps my "Gunny" or Gunnery Sergeant would say,
" When I was with a woman , and couldn't fill the "can". So what,That's ok , but I'd rattle the HELL out of the sides!"
You just have to work the "sides".
