I don't refer it to the whole vulva.
Only Clitoris, exclude labia minora etc.
Only those little part.
Yes, i'm MD, but there's no specific data about clitoris cancer ONLY.
We know that we can get cancer because of continuous irritantion.
So i'm curious if oral sex is one of those continuous irritant.

Thanx again.

You are not looking in the right place. There are several different types of cancer that can affect the clitoris. The disease is commonly referred to as Vulvar cancer. It is a rare, but disfiguring and devastating disease. There is evidence that the human papillomavirus may play a role in the development of some but not all types of this disease.

NCI: Vulvar Cancer
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/types/vulvar

ACS: What is vulvar cancer
http://www.cancer.org/docroot/CRI/CRI_2_3x.asp?rnav=cridg&dt=45

Added: There are reports about cancer that affect only the clitoris. One possible cause is the human papillomavirus which can be transmitted sexually. As for the specific act you site, there is no scientific evidence to support that idea.

YES It is classified as part of cancer of the Vulva-see below for further information. If you have any thing that you are unsure about see your doctor for proper diagnosis-and hopefully set your mind at rest Cancer of the vulva: An uncommon cancer of women in which the malignancy is in the vulva, the outer part of the vagina, that includes the labia. Cancer of the vulva occurs mainly in women over 50 although it is becoming more common in younger women. Clues may include constant itching, severe burning or pain, whitening or roughening of the skin of the vulva, and bleeding or discharge that is not related to menstrual periods. Vulvar cancer is highly curable when diagnosed in an early stage. The chance of survival is most dependent on the status of the inguinal lymph nodes, those in the groin. Without nodal involvement, the overall 5-year survival rate is 90%. However, with nodal involvement, the overall survival rate drops to about 50 to 60%. Survival is dependent to a lesser degree on the diameter of the primary lesion (where the cancer of the vulva arose). If that diameter is less than 2 cm, it makes for a better prognosis (outlook). The most common site of the cancer is the labia majora (about 50% of cases). The labia minora accounts for 15% to 20% of cases. The CLITORIS and Bartholin's glands are less frequently involved. Vulvar cancer is most commonly squamous cell carcinoma in type, although other types do occur. In many cases, the development of vulvar cancer is preceded by condyloma or squamous dysplasias. The human papillomavirus (HPV) is believed to be a causative factor and to induce many of these tumors.

You're an MD? Really?? If so, I hope that English is your second language...and why are you looking for information on Yahoo Answers and on the internet instead of in medical journals and from colleagues?

Unless it is caused by the same virus as cervical cancer, I would think the cause is genetic, or environmental (think cancer of the liver, etc.) I doubt if oral sex has anything to do with it.
