Ambien is known for its horrible side effects. It makes you sleepwalk without memory. My fiance is not a violent person and has never hurt me sober. Do I forgive him if he has promissed to get off the drug and seek help. Or due I move on.

Right so i weigh 8stone5(117lbs) and want to lose a stone!

Will this work??:

Breakfast: 60 Calorie puffed wheat

Lunch: Chocolate slim-fast milkshake 212calories

Dinner: Chocolate slim-fast milkshake 212Calories

Useing the VELFORM SAUNA BELT for a hour everyday.
Useing a AB TONING belt everyday on Belly/hips and thighs.
Drinking Wu-long tea twice a day.
Taking LipoBlast pills everyday.
Eating hoodia bites when hungry in between meals.
Useing the Lateral Thigh Trainer whenpossible.

So do you think this will help me lose a stone before October???

P.S: I do NOT want people telling me i shouldnt use diet pills as it is my choice to use them!

4 months ago i was a size b 3 months ago i was a size d 2 months ago i was a size f and last month i was a size j and now i dont know what size they are cause i cant get a bra that fits and i barley get through doors! they rub up agenst the sides, my doctor did some test and there is nothing wrong IM ONLY 15! i feal them get bigger each week and i need it to stop b 4 my parents get new doors! my back hurts and my parents dont believe in surgery so i cant get a reduction! i can barly get n e where on my own i might need a tool soon to help me get around and my doctor says its not done yet! plz tell me a way to slow them down so we can buy new doors b 4 im traped at least! ( also all the guys stare and i have to eat off of them cause they either go on the table or the size pushes me away from it! )

I was on prednisone for about 16 days and have been off of it for about 6 weeks now. I've never had imsomnia before but I am up until 4 or 5 every morning. Lunesta helps a little but not much. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Ok this year I'm going into high school & I'm unable to run/jump, well at least not yet. Earlier on last year I had a foot deformity and I had surgery on my foot and my foot is no longer deformed, yet is still weak and not as strong as my right foot/leg therefore I can't run/jump. I can walk fine and I don't want it to seem like I'm making excuses to get out of the exercise, i'm just really confused. Don't tell me to get a doctor's note or anything because the surgery was like a year ago, so I can't go back to that hospital now.

Any advice would be appreciated..

My foot is swollen and black and blue all the way around. It hurts so bad that I had to sit down at the mall today b/c I felt like I was about to vomit and cry at the same time. I can walk on it but when I put weight on it, the pain is just unbearable. I dont know what else it could be besides a broken or fractured bone. Should I go right to the er now or will I be ok to wait untill tommorow to see if I can get a doctor appointment? Thanks!

I've actually heard people say you should never kiss someone who has gotten cold sores, since the virus never leaves your body, and even when you're "outbreak-free" you can still spread it. Also, it can be spread to the genitals... But I thought cold sores were Herpes Simplex Virus 1 and genital herpes was a different virus, Herpes Simplex Virus 2? Does it just change into another type of virus? So, are people who've gotten cold sores their whole life not supposed to EVER kiss anyone? Never give BJs? I mean, never?

ages ago i had a little kind of spot on my arm pit and it had a really annoying hair growin from it so i plucked it out...

For some reason when doing sit ups my abs will twitch. especially if I go only half way up and stay there for a couple seconds. I can feel it in my abs and it looks like I'm vibrating almost. I met someone else not too long ago that has the same problem. As far as I know It's always been doing this. Mostly when I pause in the middle of a sit up, not as much while doing it. I'm 19 years old, I don't know if that makes any difference though.

Nothing hurts. I exercise regularly. I'm just really curious and would like for it to go away.

I'm 12, soon to be 13 next month.
I used to weigh 92 pounds but when I went on vacation in vegas I lost 7 lbs. I'm now 87 pounds but I want to get back to my reg. weight. Do you think I'll gain it back soon or I'll just remain the same and only gain a little over time.? Or how can I gain it back? Do you think I'm too skinny?

I am on my school's Cross Country team, and have been having heel pain, moderate pain, not dull aching or stabbing pain, but a sharp one in my heel and the surrounding area next to the ankle. I have heard a lot about Plantar Fasciitis and I am trying to figure out if I have it. When I go up or down the stairs or am trying to run the pain is the worst. It sometimes hurts when I am walking normally, but not always. I have been trying to stay off of it as much as possible, but that is difficult. What do you think this is?
