It is about i inch and circular and feels like a callus exept it couldnt be because its the part of my foot that never touches the ground. Its right near my heel

its nothing new but i was getting a pedicure and the lady thought i should get it checked

This could be a lot of things, but sounds like a planter wart to me. My daughter had an outbreak of them a few years ago, and they were just like what you are describing.
See a doctor to be sure, and to get treatment.

Possibly, only a Dr can tell you for sure.
You say it is a part of the foot that doesn't touch the ground.....
Could it rub on a shoe?
Could it be where your foot rests when driving?
Might it rub on a footrest at your desk or elsewhere.
If you are concerned - see a Dr.
