If eating healthy and exercising doesn't work, Adderall Non-XR is your answer. Your brain will wake up and your memory will spike. Your overall productivity will increase.

Stay away from a prescription to Extended Release Capsules. Adderal XR has horrible effects, with its worst being extreme appetite loss. You will also have a desire to sleep during the day and stay up all night. You will be moody, bitchy, cranky, easily annoyed, and an overall changed person. The old-fashioned Adderal does the trick.
