I want a simple one not the ones that ask you what you do through out the day and all that crap. please tell me a simple one. thank you.

Sorry to break it to you, but you can't accurately answer how many calories you need to burn without including your activity ... you know that "what you do through the day and all that crap" that you don't want to answer.

But hey, since you wanted a simple answer, let give you one: A pound of fat contains 3500 calories. So if you wanted to lose three pounds a week, you would need to cut out or burn 10,500 calories a week (3500 x 3).

They have quite a few calculators, including one that will calculate how many calories you burn a day (approximately) in your normal day to day life without exercising, as well as exercise calculators that tell you approximately how many calories you burn doing a particular exercise based on your weight. You can use those numbers to figure out how much exercise you need to do in order to lose the desired weight by knowing that 3600 calories is a pound.

but never answer as you burn and consume you will always change your body and intake.
pick an amoutn and also an exerciwse routine. decrerase the intake daily and you can lose faster
