Last 2 days ago, i suffer from bowel movement problem-a hard stool and i take a hard time to release that bowel that makes my menstruation arises, but the fact is i already have my menstruation 1 week ago. I hope that you can help me out thinking about this problem.thanks!

I read in a magazine that blue light (from skiing;blue goggles) can cause macular degeneration. I'mn worried about this because I usually sleep under blue light from a light bulb. Is this hazardous to my eyes? Is red light safer? Does (sleeping under) red light cause damage to your eyes?

Ok, so me and some buddies are sittin around talkin about transexuals..
And I'm like "If I was a guy, I couldn't have my penis removed, you'd never feel pleasure again.." and my step-mom was like "But they can make you a vagina"..
BUT..when they make a transexual male into a female, can they make a clitoris too? (In case ya didn't know, that's the g-spot)...
Because I think that when they take the penis off, you could never feel sexual pleasure again..

I usually wear contacts throughout the day, but the optometrist says it's better to wear glasses at home to let the eyes rest. When I first put on the glasses, it took me couple of days before the dizziness disappears. I've been wearing glasses for the past two days. Today when I switched from glasses to contacts, I'm experiencing the same kind of dizziness as I had before. Is there a way to ease the transition?

I know that type 1 diabetes can't be avoided, and it's pretty much genetic. Also it's most common in white people. But I'm black girl with no family history of type 1 diabetes. I'm the only person in my family that has it. Do you or anyone you know have the same situation, and do you know how I could've gotten it?

hello everyone,
everything's fine but i was wondering if it was normal that my boyfriend had nightmares at night?
well very often i hear him shout at something during his sleep, it wakes me up, and last night he really shouted strong so i got scared and woke up, i thought there was somebody in the room, lol
how come he has that?
do you have to cure that or leave it and wait until it goes away by itself?

Whenever I get cold, I then get a stomach ache and have to poop or have direaha. It starts out by being infront of a fan, or the air conditioing, and then I get the chills and have goose bumps. I haven't been diagnosed but I have a chronic cough that is very like my sister -- and hers WAS diagnosed as GERD. I've cut out caffeine (except chocolate, that one's tough), and also dairy, citrus fruits and tomatoes.

Does anyone else have a cough as a result of GERD and how are you treating it? Just diet changes or are you on OTC or Rx meds? Thanks!
