Ok, so me and some buddies are sittin around talkin about transexuals..
And I'm like "If I was a guy, I couldn't have my penis removed, you'd never feel pleasure again.." and my step-mom was like "But they can make you a vagina"..
BUT..when they make a transexual male into a female, can they make a clitoris too? (In case ya didn't know, that's the g-spot)...
Because I think that when they take the penis off, you could never feel sexual pleasure again..
My step-mom thinks they can give you a make-shift g-spot..
Any answers??
I'm bein 100% serious by the way..
10 points to the best (serious) answer..
Thanks!!

OK....First of all, If you were a guy, you wouldn't have your penis removed (unless you had a serious accident, or perhaps cancer); Guys don't tend to; but transsexual women do.

Next; No-one 'makes a transsexual male into a female'; he'd be very, very annoyed if you did, having been mistaken for one for a large part of his life.

When a transsexual woman has her vaginoplasty procedure, a clitoris(In case ya didn't know, that's NOT the g-spot) is reconstructed from the remains of the penis (the skin of the penis is used to line the vagina, and the erectile tissue is filleted out and thrown away).
Assuming a competent surgeon, and no major post-op complications, the clitoris is completely sensate, and usually orgasmic. So, yes, we can feel sexual pleasure, (even more so for those of us who COULDN'T get sexual pleasure with a penis attached to our bodies). There is nothing 'makeshift' (or 'faux') about it; once healed, a transsexual woman's genitalia is physically and functionally indistinguishable from an XX woman's (excluding uterus and ovaries, obviously). Even gynaecologists often can't tell the difference.

["KROB E"; you're talking nonsense. The nerve supply to the penis is retained intact, and serves the recreated clitoris. A transsexual woman's vagina and clitoris have the same level of sensation as any other woman's. Trust me on this; I speak from personal experience.]

Why am I telling you this ?
In the embryonic stage of development a penis and a clitoris begin as the same tissue . The tissue of the scrotum and the labia(s) also begin as the same tissue.
It is a common misconception that the guillotine method is used to create a transsexual,It is not.
Basically what is done is that the nerves at the head of the penis are kept intact and the shaft of the penis is retained ,everted and placed inside the body to form a faux -vagina. The tissue of the scrotum is then used to form some resemblance to external female genitalia and the job is done.

Btw You are mistaken .The "G -Spot is not the cltoris rather it is a bundle of nerves located on the upper wall of the vagina approxiamatley halfway between the cervix and the vaginal opening

I have heard of expensive yet successful operations where they actually use a portion of the Glans (head of the penis) to construct a clitoris of sorts. I am not sure if they are able to make it into the wall of the new vagina in such a way that it would act like a true g-spot, however.

The clitoris and 'G' sspot are not the same. I have heard that they make a clitoris out oh the glans of the penis.

HEY CUTIE! IN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION...DOCTORS CAN MOLD THE STRUCTURE OF A GIRL OUT OF A MANS PRIVATES. BUT....WHEN THIS PROCEDURE IS DONE THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY SENSITIVITY IN THE AREA BECAUSE THE DOCTORS HAVE TO SEVERE THE NERVE KNOD THAT US GUYS HAVE IN ORDER TO MAKE AN OPENING FOR THE FAKE VAGINA. THAT'S MY STORY AND I'M STICKING TO IT! BYE CUTIE!

The Clit is not the G-Spot. G-Spot would be inside the vag not outside
