I'm 17, a virgin, and my mom is almost forcing me to get the Gardasil shot. I'm supposed to get it later today. I don't plan on being sexually active anytime soon(wait until marriage). Should I still get the shot even though I'm not having sex?

Hi, I have been following the weight watchers plan and have been losing weight steadily but I seem to have stopped losing weight although I still have 2 stone to lose. My mum said for me to have a 'pigging out day' and then to start on the diet again tomorow because this will kick start the diet again, is that right to take in more calories or should I just stick to it?

im 30 now and my lifes been extremely traumatic and painfull, ive been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, but i also feel i have symptoms that resemble post traumatic stress syndrome.....ihave had a chronic rage problem for years, that i struggle to control and that impairs my ability to function....my moods are extremely low everyday, i feel empty and alone, lonely and isolated...i live alone in a one bedroom apartment.....my thoughts race and spin constantly, leaving me confused..i have painfull flashbacks to traumatic times...i was sexually abused twice when 3 years old...i was bullied throughout high school, been attacked by street gangs, had head injuries...& now as im waiting for some therapy,, i feel extremely angry about my life, & the way its turned out, & whats happened to me, im angry at people and feel embittered, confused about who iam..& i dont forgive people for it..ive never made any friends or had a partner.i have no self esteem..
so is my life over now?

especially after drinking alcohol and eating certain foods. I have suffered with this for at least 5 years and have never been to the doctors about it because i take gaviscon which i buy my self or i use my grandmothers ranatidine tablets, these have started to have no effect or if they do its for a very short time.
I am embarassed to go to the doctors due to the amount of years i have had the problem for and havent told him about it, what should i do? Could it be serious? or is it normal? I am 27 years old and used to drink quite heavy.

the other day i used a different body wash and about a day after my vagina started to itch alot and its been about 2 days and the itching is still bothering me. i have no period so i dont know about the discharge. could it be a yeast infection or just an allergic reaction to the body wash?

I have had endometriosis for years and tried several birth control pills only to dissappoint me and find no solution, i had all the side effects and i want to no longer take them. The last ones were Depo Provera which made me bleed for two weeks and gain 20 pounds and cramps the same no change. Then the last one i tried Femcon, bleed for 12 days and also lots of cramps and gained 10 pounds, cramps still bad. Someone mentioned something about Lydia Pinkham, how long do you take it to notice the improvement in the terrible cramps and am i at risk of getting pregnant? because i read that some women take it for that, and i DO NOT want to get pregnant just want a normal period. And have tried everything and i am desperate please help me if you are informed about Lydia Pinkham.

How many of you have had clinical depression for more than 4 years? Do you worry that you will never be rid of it?

I've had clinical depression in various degrees for 10 years and honestly, most of my life has been not happy. I wouldn't say UNhappy because there have been many times where I wasn't unhappy, just discontent. I don't want a life of perpetual discontent or unhappiness and I also don't want to spend the rest of my life needing medication off and on, but that seems to be what I'm looking at.

Can anyone relate?

Please, no comments about mind over matter, etc., because I know that the cause of my depression is not my mindset (for the most part). It is a medical issue.

When I take a shower, I love really hot showers. Usually when I get out the shower I am glowing red. My mum, told me that being in a shower as hot as I was, I was cooking my skin because of the high temperture and long term exposure since I take long showers. Is this true, because that sort of scared me to think that I am cooking my skin.
