i made a bet with my cousin i weigh 210 and i got to get to 195 how do i do it? i need to lose a pound every two days i need some tips on how to win this bet. she has to lose 10 lbs.
excercises food ?? any ideas??

Eat raisin bran w/skiim milk for breakfast and dinner.

Eat regular lunch.

Drink 2 qts. water each day.

Work out 1 hour per day.

You will lose 25 lbs. not 15.

Well if you made a bet without knowing for sure that you could do it or not is a stupid idea. BUt if you really do want a sure fire way of winning the bet.. I have a cheat for ya. That is to take the weighing scales apart and give the spring some pressure.. Or if it is spring free then get a block of wood or something you can jam into it where it will keep the the scale from pressing past 192. Game over bet won! But if you really want to lose that much weight then go for a walk every morning or evening around the neighborhood, try a few steps as pretending that your starting a run to get your heart beating a bit more. And if your a problem eater then try finishing up after your meals with a nice glass of grapefruit juice, Will help in digesting your food quite a bit. good luck and I hope you didn't bet much.. If your cousin asks , I'm telling her the same thing... BYE You know you could shave your head and get a tattoo that will remove 10 pounds there

i would say...lay off sweets and really greasy food. workout at the gym or do some kind of sport, drink plenty of water. eat healthy like fruits vegetables and if you want to buy preserved or can, check the nutrition facts. and um..that`s all i have for now.
