How strong are my bones?

Is there a simple way to know how strong my bones are or compare them?

U can get a bone density test,they test for osteoporosis.

Without breaking them? Probably not. Then there are different standards. For instance you could probably break an arm bone by having it hit by a baseball bat, yet that same bone won't snap when clean and jerking 800 lbs.

broken bones...just this can show you are they strong or not....
