What does it mean when you have like a red pimple like bumb on your vagina?

It could just be a pimple on your vulva (the external genital part of the body, the vagina is on the inside) but I would recommend seeing your doctor about this to see what they say.

Some females get cyst on or around their vagina. I was told that it is possibly from an ingrown hair. I was told that they are REALLY REALLY sensitive and hurt really bad. so if your bump doesn't hurt to bad then it could be a pimple or an STD.

There may be some infections(Fungal or bacterialor mixed)
