Hi, I have been following the weight watchers plan and have been losing weight steadily but I seem to have stopped losing weight although I still have 2 stone to lose. My mum said for me to have a 'pigging out day' and then to start on the diet again tomorow because this will kick start the diet again, is that right to take in more calories or should I just stick to it?

Weight Watchers is a very programmed diet. Do not vary from it, that will take you much longer to get where you are going. When you go to the next meeting, ask the conductor to help you with your challenge. It's common to hit a plateau in weight loss. Don't give up. You can call Weight Watchers, too.

how long has it been sence you havent lost weight. And are you positive youv'e been keeping with the plan? You may need to cut a few more calories or exersize a bit more. I dont think having a piggy out day is going to do anything.
