First go for brisk walks. They are great for burning fats and trimming lower body fats.
Next, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs . They will increase your metabolism rate and burn more fats. Cut all your sugar, fastfoods and junk.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

You do not like yourself if 5-10 pounds makes you sound so frantic. You do not like yourself if you can't accept your body. As a 14 year old I'd say you are at risk for eating disorders with your attitude.
Concentrate on a healthy diet and physical activity and stop focusing on SUPERFAST weight loss and your appearance.

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
