Me and my boyfriend both had HIV tests and all the others done at the clinic and they all came back negative, does that mean that we can have unprotected sex and not be able to catch anyting

If he doesn't cheat on you then yea you can have unprotected sex.
Another thing is if one of you has HIV it can take up to 6 months to be detected. So it is kinda like a false negative.

If everything is correct then yes. But the above answers are correct if he has sex with some1 else and they ahve something then u can get it too. It really is best to just use condoms, i cant stress that enough

As long as the test results were accurate, the answer is yes. You can't catch a disease, if it is not there to be caught.
