HELLO I NEED HELP FINDING THE BEST EXERCISE TO TARGET MY HIPS!! I DID WEIGH 242 THAT WAS A YEAR AGO WHEN I HAD MY 3RD BABY! AND WASNT VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY I LOOKED, ANYWAYS SO I STARTED EXERCISEING FOR MONTHS AND I NOW WEIGH 172 AND REALLY WANT TO GET RID OF MY HIPS.SO THATS NOW 70LBS GONE. I WAS WEARING SIZE 20 AND VERY UNHAPPY IM NOW WEARING SIZE 13/14 BUT WOULD LIKE TO BE AT MY GOAL SIZE 9 BUT MY HIPS ARE STOPING ME FROM THAT. IM SURE SOMEONE KNOWS HOW THAT IS WE HATE IT! SO MAYBE 1 OF YOU NICE LADIES OR MEN CAN HELP ME LOSE THESE HIPS. I WOULD GREATLY APPRICATE IT!!!! PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS

I feel like staying up when it's dark and sleeping when it's light. In other words, it's kinda like my body thinks I'm on a night shift. I do know what caused it: I was up really late doing something super important and ended up going to bed at like 7 AM or so.

So my question: How can I get my sleep schedule back to normal? I want to go to bed at 12:00 AM and get up at 8:00 AM everyday.

I tried forcing myself to get up earlier so that I'm tired at night, but I just can't get up. My circadian rhythm is officially screwed up I'm afraid. I don't wanna take any sleeping pills or anything like that. Maybe you know of some kind of herbs or something, or maybe a technique to make me fall asleep when I want to?

I jsut noticed it a couple days ago. Just past my elbow in the direction of my shoulder is a spot of skin that is numb to the touch. But if I poke it or move my arm too quickly it aches. I haven't hit my arm on anything or gotten cut on anything but it's really wierd and I don't like it. Medical advice would be most appreciated.

from what i understand any type of wart is hpv( i could be wrong) but so before i was sexually active i had a wart ( was like 5 or something) but it has since gone away but does that mean i have hpv....i don;t really understand hpv i thought it was a sdi and everytype of wart was hpv..so how can a person who is not sexually active get a wart (hpv)??

I am currently on Yaz for about the last 6 months and am wondering if the way I'm feeling is because of it. I have been on bc pills for over 12 yrs and I have never felt so depressed. I also am spotting all the time. My moods are becoming unbearable for me and my husband and my lebido is zilch!!! I like sex and intimacy and right now nothing turns me on. My dr was going to switch me to Ortho Tricyclen Lo and I'm wondering if that will have the same effect. I never had these symptoms until about two months ago. I hope someone has an answer for me!

I'm 14 and i can never go to sleep when i need to, like I can wake up at 6 in the morning and i still wont get tired again until like 3 am. most of the people that I know can sleep on demand but i can never fall asleep at night. I never get tired. Can anyone help me be able to get to sleep. i've tried reading listing to soothing music and nothing helped. please help.

Usually after I put the eye drops in, my eyes burn a little bit. Is there something else that I can use to alleviate the irritation and take away the redness? Is there an ingredient that's in some eye drops have that others don't use that may be what's making it worse? I'm always looking stoned, but it's just caused by my allergies or lack of sleep. So, obviously I really don't want people to get that idea about me.

my lower back, the one closer to the butt area, has been hurting lately. i slept with a pillow underneath me. and the pain is like when i sneeze it hurts and when i sita nd stand up it hurts. its ok at night, but when i wake up it hurts. also, i have to constanstly sit staright or it'll hurt. what should i do? and i do have scolios, but thats at the spine and mine isn't really dangerous scoliosis bad, that i need something to support me.

i have lower back pain with scyatic nerve, pinch nerves, sharp shooting pains. When i sit, stand, walk for a long period of time my lower back starts burning with inflamation. Example:it's like when your arm, foot, leg goes to sleep and u can hit as hard as u want and u can' t feel a thing.

Other than medication what else can i do to where i notice it gradually going away?

p.s i have been to chiropractor, used cold packs, backbrace, medication = naproxen/aleve, physical therapy excersises, trueback, that's about all i can think of right now. thank you

This usually happens during the summer or spring time . The skin around my eyes starts to sting. There are nor redness or puffiness, just a stinging sensation. It's more common in the under eye area, but sometimes occur in the eyelids.

I thought it was this skin brightener that I've used before because I used that products in the eye, so I threw the product away. All I wear now is sunscreen and eye makeup, but only eye liner and mascara. Any clues as to what this could be??

Well don't know if its a rash or not, but what I thought might off been mosquito bites, I went to my mom's work one late afternoon and left my windows and sunroof open and my brother decided to stay in the car, when we got home, my brother was complaining about some mosquito bites, the next day I had some small bumps and I thought nothing of it, I thought it was mosquito's from when the car was open. But that was Wednesday of last week, some of the bumps have gone away then I started getting new ones very small ones on my legs they go from the upper part of my leg down to my almost my ankle not really big noticeable ones unless I scratch them and turn red, but they itch I also have about three small bumps on my left elbow.
I'm guessing must of been allergic to something I ate?
I also work bagging for a store, I come in contact from everything from vegetables to poisons, I stock merchandise so I'm exposed to dust, I also work with a lot of ice.

It looks absolutely horrible. How long can I expect it to keep peeling, and are the pink/white patches of peeled skin going to look like that for a long time? Right now, it looks like I have a skin disorder. How long will it take before the skin starts to look all one color again?

I was diagnosed with clinical depression some years back, but had gotten treatment for it and had been in remission when I first met my husband. Every now and then, I have depressive episodes and feel like I make it hell for my family when I get into it. Because I met my husband when I "was happy" so to speak, I'm not sure he fully understands the scope of depression and how to deal with it....

Apart from taking anti-depressants, how else can I make life easier for my husband and children when I'm going through these hard times?

I had two wisdom teeth pulled 6 days ago and I am afraid to eat anything but mashed potatoes and pudding, in fear of the "holes" getting food stuck in them. Can anyone help me out.
