HELLO I NEED HELP FINDING THE BEST EXERCISE TO TARGET MY HIPS!! I DID WEIGH 242 THAT WAS A YEAR AGO WHEN I HAD MY 3RD BABY! AND WASNT VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY I LOOKED, ANYWAYS SO I STARTED EXERCISEING FOR MONTHS AND I NOW WEIGH 172 AND REALLY WANT TO GET RID OF MY HIPS.SO THATS NOW 70LBS GONE. I WAS WEARING SIZE 20 AND VERY UNHAPPY IM NOW WEARING SIZE 13/14 BUT WOULD LIKE TO BE AT MY GOAL SIZE 9 BUT MY HIPS ARE STOPING ME FROM THAT. IM SURE SOMEONE KNOWS HOW THAT IS WE HATE IT! SO MAYBE 1 OF YOU NICE LADIES OR MEN CAN HELP ME LOSE THESE HIPS. I WOULD GREATLY APPRICATE IT!!!! PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS

the only way to do that is by lowering body fat percentage. we cant spot reduce body fat.
to do that you have to do cardio which is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, do light weight training a few days a week and follow healthy diet that consists of fresh, unprocessed foods and eat 5-6 small meals a day so your body get calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
never deprive your body because you dont lose fat that way, all you lose is water weight and muscle, slow down your metabolism and then gain it all back.
