You should live.
Most people with food poisoning develop symptoms within 24 hours. Many develop symoptoms in only 4 hours after eating bad food.
Heating most foods destroys toxins and bacteria that can make you sick.
Looking carefully at the food and the packaging can give you an idea if the food is going bad.
Dried food and canned food is usually good well past the expiration date.
Dairy however is usually the first to go bad.

yea u w ill be ok, if u actually look up the food bank in memphis when a lot of their food expires they actually give it away to organizations like the boys and girls clubs, and i personally have ate plenty of expired foods. expiration dates are an estimate anywayz...but i do have a strong immune system, if urs is weak then u may get a little illness but nothing to serious.

You should be okay if the food was packaged properly. Make sure you take something that might momentarily strengthen the immune system. In case there was some bad bacteria in the cheese.

Many expiration dates are basically meaningless. Most foods are so full of preservatives that they will last for years.
I have eaten army C-rations that were twenty years old, and with no ill effects.

If you're not feeling sick two days afterward, I believe you'll be fine! You may have slight diarrhea soon, if not, you're alright!
