I have been walking 3 days a week for a week and one day this week I start it a dance routine cardio exercises. The pain that I went thru that night I can't explain. I thought I was gonna die. My hole body aches. It was so horrible I couldn't move all night, got high fever and couln't stop crying. Please, is this normal? I am 40 years old. I used to be very active and want to go back to feel good again exercising. Oh, I have been taking Advil for the pain and it helps but my hole body is still in pain so I coulnd't exercise today. What should I do? Is this going to go away. Am afraid of back pain and neck specially after been treated with my quiroprectice doctor for a while.
Thanks.

For a long time now, I have removed soda, junk food, fried foods and all kinds of sweets and sugar 99% from my diet. I am not looking for a 'diet' but more a lifestyle, something permanent. My goal is mainly to 1) be healthy and 2) have sustained energy throughout the day. My concentration is piss-poor and I'm always tired, and it has been getting worse. I am in my early 20s.

I know corn syrup (fructose) isn't healthy, but does that mean eating too much fruit is bad?

How many times a day should I eat, and what should I eat? When do I need protein, complex carbs, etc.. and what should I eliminate from my diet 100%?

I have read somewhere that sunshine can help eradicate eczema (and/or psoriasis?) because it helps create Vitamin D in the body. Can you please tell me if the sunlight, to be effective here, needs to actually fall on the part of the body affected by the condition? Or can that part of the body be covered by your clothes in fact? Are there any natural remedies/foods, apart from oily fish , that can help?

I have tried Excedrine, Advil, Tylenol, Motrin. Nothing seems to work. I think the only thing I have not tried is Headon. Does it actually work to relieve the pain?

My daughter is 11 months old, she has a well baby check in august. When she was born she had some abdominal swelling so they checked her and saw a dark spot in her intestines. they tranfered her to st.vincent nicu to check her closer. After she got there they checked her and diddnt see what our hospital saw, so she stayed a few days and they sent her home. She seemed to be fine. When she started eating baby foods she seemed to get a huge appetite. she wanted to eat ALL the time. She pooped all the time too (like 4-8 times a day) she got sick and her appetite waned. afterwards she ate what i feel is a normal amount and stoped pooping as much. then she got some fresh strawberries about 2 weeks ago and wound up with hives for4 days. then on monday she started throwing up her formula(the same thing shes been on since 2 months old) she has had watery diareah ever since.

A few weeks ago I asked about a problem I had with my toes on my left foot, that has cleared up but now it is on my left foot, it is on the pads of the toes and the side of the foot that touches the ground, if you look at my foot those spots look like I had stood on burning hot pavement and burned my foot even though I have not, it burns somewhat but not bad, that is pretty much the only symptom besides how it looks, it does not itch, I looked up athletes foot and it dosn't look to be that, any ideas?

P.S. I wear my tennis shoes all day and don't wear socks if that helps (I just don't like wearing socks in the summer)

I have shaved my pubic region for a while now, and recently let the hair grow back out. But now it's thicker, and I know it's 'cuz I shaved, so I was wondering: if I waxed it now, would the hair still grow out thick, or would it go back to the original growth? I may seem daft for asking, but I didn't know, so...
