For a long time now, I have removed soda, junk food, fried foods and all kinds of sweets and sugar 99% from my diet. I am not looking for a 'diet' but more a lifestyle, something permanent. My goal is mainly to 1) be healthy and 2) have sustained energy throughout the day. My concentration is piss-poor and I'm always tired, and it has been getting worse. I am in my early 20s.
I know corn syrup (fructose) isn't healthy, but does that mean eating too much fruit is bad?
How many times a day should I eat, and what should I eat? When do I need protein, complex carbs, etc.. and what should I eliminate from my diet 100%?
