Ginseng Tea is very helpful in the mornings. Spirlina Powder 1tsp. in the morning will wake you up very quickly. These are far more healthy and energizing in a natural way without caffeine stimulant.

Firstly make sure you are getting enough sleep ie go to bed early---really relaxed hot chocolate hot bath whatever puts you at ease and makes you sleepy. In the morning brush teeth and shower and dress before breakfast and try a liquid breakfast smoothie---bannana thickshake or blackberry shake just a bit different to what you are having.

Some people swear by Yoga. There are particular yoga exercises designed just to get the blood flowing...but I can't even think about them until I have that cup of java. Oh well.
