i take vitamin b 50 milk thistle and a cranberry consentrate would any of these do it?

they said it was abnormal like i did something to it ? not positive for anything just abnormal. i ve been clean for 3 months and done nothing to my pee.

I'm assuming they did not tell you what the "abnormality" in your urine test was. One of the most common "abnormal" items about drug tests is dilution. If you drank lots of water or soda or other liquids right before you peed in the cup you urine may show up as being "diluted", meaning it has lower than normal levels of creatinine in it. Urinalysis can also show protein levels and other levels in urine, which can help diagnose diabetes, and other diseases and disorders.
I believe you have a right to ask for a copy of the drug test results. You may want to schedule an appt. with your doctor for a checkup.

To answer your question would need to know what was abnormal about it? Was it positive for illegal drugs or negative for something needed for medical reasons? If it was for a job, and you don't use recreational drugs, I would ask to be re-tested, but if cocaine or something like that showed up, never mind-loss cause. But I do know people who eat a lot of poppy seed (like in muffins or baking) show positive for opioids, because these are made from the poppy plant-you might could say you eat a lot of muffins! :o) Tash
