You just lost the five most sensitive areas of your penis, there is no area left on a circumcised penis that compares to that which has been cut off. The glans is the least sensitive area on the penis and that is what you are left with to feel pleasure. The glans is really only sensitive to pain, but it is very effective for that, so be very careful not to get bit by your zipper or other such dangers (it will hurt like getting your eyeball caught in your zipper).
If you need to have part of your penis cut off for hygiene you should have your butt cut off too!

You have circumcized. It is good and will keep your penis clean. It will not affect sex at any age. Be happy.
You are just 19 years old now. Study and make a good career. Think about sex only after 21 years.

in terms of sex, i think it would affect. let me elaborate this to you, the reason why we circumcise when as early as now is because we need to have a clean genital. if you are not circumcised, you would acquire more germs or bad bacteria because the skin is still there covering the soft foam, you know that. since you haven't yet sex with anyone, it is safe because your partner will not acquire the germs that you have in your genital even if we cannot see through our naked eyes. if you have sex with a girl, it may result to sexually transmitted disease that, of course, you would not like. remember that it is also for your own sake...
isn't it hard to have to masturbate when not circumcised?

**** man you should have kept it as it is. Only if you clean your foreskin regularly, it doesn't have any smell and yes, the tingling gives you more sensation and pleasure. There are some active nerve cells in the foreskin which enhance pleasure even to the femaile. Also, foreskin gives you more techniques on masturbation.
