I just have braces and i have to keep them for 2 years.

My dentist do not tell me when my next appointment for adjustment, i have to book them myself.

So how long can i have my first braces adjustment appointment? And whats i the time interval that i shoudl have my braces adjustment - i'm allowed to have 5 adjustment visits, the 5th visit is when they take my braces out.

I think you need to find another orthodontist...You should be going for adjustment's every 4-6 weeks for the entire 2 years you will have the braces on. At my office you need to make an appointment before you leave the office for your next visit. So if you add that up 1 visit a month for 2 years is approx. 24 visits not 5. Please call someone else for another opinion

Sounds like you need to go to a different orthodontist. I've had two kids get braces and the office always told us when our next appointment NEEDED to be. We didn't have to try to guess when to go back. My kids teeth turned out great by the way.

The dentist should have told you that. Why don't you call the dentist back and ask him? If he's busy, his nurse or secretary can find out for you. :)
