I really don't think there is anything you can do except let nature take its course. Your size is influenced somewhat by lifestyle, so eat healthy foods, don't smoke, and get plenty of sleep and exercise. Some people do have major growth spurts in their later teen years so it is not impossible for you to grow taller, but odds are against it at your age. Do you have any tall relatives? Ask them at what age they quit growing. The genes you receive from your parents predetermine your size, except for outside influences of lifestyle, such as poor diet or illness.

My bro is even shorter than me (and i am really short) and he's a year older. He drinks this milkish thing called "ensure" to help him grow. It tastes pretty good, too. Sleep a lot, because you do most of your growing while your asleep. Eat good, and hope to get a ginormous growth spurt. (lol) good luck, and i mean it cuz i get teased from being short too. so if you dont grow as fast as you would like, just be proud of being a shorty. we have plenty of advantages over tall people.

guys usually keep growing until they are about 21, so dont worry about ways to get taller so soon, you should be hitting a few more growth spurts before then.

AMINO ACIDS AND NUTRITION TO GROW TALLER

Protein is an indispensable ingredient in the living organism, and the amino acid building blocks must be available in the cytoplasm. Many amino acids are synthesized in the body; others are not. Those not synthesized are called essential amino acids. In man these are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. These essential amino acids must be provided in the food that an organism eats.
