I'm 15 years old and 5'2 and weight about 147 pounds. I feel fat and I probubly am over weight but, what are some good ways for a young kid to lose some weight. How long should I walk or jog and how much water should I drink and I know I have to elminate soda.

Whenever I find myself laughing for prolonged amounts of time or walking on rare occasion I begin to get severe pain in the lower left part of my stomach. I cannot see any bumps which is why I think it may not be a hernia. Should I go see a doctor? Or is this something normal for a teenager? Also whenever I stand a feel very lightheaded if that helps. Any help is appreciated.

I Had surgery a year ago for my breast im only 16 and I have a big *** breast while the other one is small and cant fit around my shirts that have underwire and looks strange. Do i suff it or something? I had two surgerys last year for leaking and everything. can u tell me what i could do?

My father is allergic to the "caine" family of anethsetics. He is in desperate need of a root canal, but, cannot have one b/c of his allergies. We've been told that an endodontist is the only one that could perform this under his circumstances. But, would have to have hospital privilages, so that he can be "put to sleep" to have this done.

What are your experiences with fainting? Funny? Embarassing? Stupid? Fake?

I have had low blood sugar for awhile now and sometimes I get careless and think I don't need to eat and then it gets me in trouble. Well, I was in high school and I decided that I didn't want to eat lunch.
I was in my english class, right after lunch and like 45 minutes into class (block scheduling) I started getting that weird feeling. The teacher was calling on people and she called on me. I could talk. I told her, or attempted to tell her that I needed to go to the nurse. It came out "noose peas". I kept repeating it and then someone "translated" and figured out that I needed to go to the nurse and get something to eat. I didn't make it but about 5 feet from the doorway in the hallway and then I crashed. I have learned from 5 years of experience to always eat, and always have someone as a translator to my "special language"

I've read that breast cancer patients get treated in Mexico with Vitamin B17; the only known killer of cancer because it breaks down the wall of estrogen surrounding the individual cancer cells. I need a personal testimony from someone who has been cured or someone who knows someone who has been cured. This is not for research as much as it is to help someone I know with cancer.
