I want to weigh around 77 pounds. Right now I weigh around 100 and I'm 4 foot 5, and I'm 14. How can I lose my 23 pounds in 1 month without pills?!

Why does it have to be a month? That sounds a little dangerous to me - 20 pounds in one month is a little much. It's not very healthy to lose that much weight in such a little amount of time. The best thing to do, is not try to reach for 20 pounds in a month, just go day to day, or even week to week. Set your goal at something like 2-3 pounds a week. If you lose more, great! But don't overdo yourself. Exercise and diet is always best. Eat healthy and exercise for 20-30 minutes each day. Good luck!

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

Atkins diet is pretty effective, my mom got on that and lost 23 pounds! But all you eat is protein, which would be wayy hard.. but then again if you are motivated enough you could try? Right now im not eating more than 1600 calories a day and working out constantly not to mention karate class which is more workout. But hey im trying! :]

First, take a look at your family history on weight. If being over weight is a problem in your family as you get older, then you should talk to your family doctor. But no matter what, you should definitely talk to your doctor.

Be careful about your weight. It's important to stay around positive people and you, yourself, be positive about yourself.

You are to still young and your body is going through growing pains.

Most all be careful about losing weight like that for your size.

well I do not know of a healthy way for you to do so. I just saw this and it made me worry a little. the best way for you to lose weight in a healthy way is simply diet and exercise. Be careful, you donot want to blow away, or do harm to your body or kidneys by doing anything extreme, good luck

Music making you eat more. According to a study by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to definitely take time over your dinner, so you consume more meals. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back pertaining to seconds. But hang on! Stop for a minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that 3 rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

hunnie why do you want to lose 20 lbs, instead of stressing over your weight, take a look in the mirror and see what you want to improve, and plus you're still so young, still a baby =) let your body grow first, maybe your weight will transfer to certain body parts you might want to grow some more =P

Invest in smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is really a lot easier – those diminutive portions suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to use less.
