Well, one answer could be your diet. Are you eating healthy foods? Are you eating enough? People who exercise frequently need more calories than sedentary people.

If you joined the infantry unit recently, its possible that your body is not used to that much activity, and it is just adjusting. Keep eating a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep, and you should adjust.

You should know that most energy drinks contain a high amount of caffeine and sugar. This is what gives you the quick "jolt" and then later a "crash".

If you are concerned about your health you should consider a healthier choice. I drink one every day that is healthier, works in minutes, lasts for hours, and is much less expensive than most energy drinks. I found mine at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy.

Your body isn't use to the extra heat, lack of sleep, and extra exercise. Try drinking more than just water when you can. Juices, lemonade, alittle extra sugar might help. When you can't drink plenty of water, when the heat and exercise your body may be some what dehydrated dehydration is known to drain your energy. Help this helps!

You might want to have some blood work done. See a doctor. You're definitely getting your exercise and it's good that you're taking your vitiams.... however, it sounds like you're lacking in something nutritionally. Deficiency in your B Vitiams can cause fatigue, for instance.

Good luck,
Pam

You NEED to sleep! No matter what foods you take, you will have no energy and eventually turn ill if you do not sleep enough.
