Beer doesn't have that much alcohol, hence it takes a lot of it to get you drunk (at least for me it does). Beer is mostly water, by pumping lots of fluid in your system you a forcing your body to expel it at a rapid pace. The reason your pee is yellow is because the fluid that was in your system was used to flush stuff out through your kidneys, which took time. By pumping lots of fluid through the kidneys there isn't much to filter out.

Drink lots of water, you will get the same effect.

Very simply, without getting a degree in biology to understand the process, pee is darker when it's taken longer to go through your body.

Drinking ANY liquid in quantity speeds up the process and so pee won't acquire that dark colour you refer to.

If you're drinking enough liquids daily (water is best), then your 'baseline' pee colour should be pale yellow or close to clear. Exception being in the morning, as the liquid will have been inside you all night.

Yes, alcohol DOES dehydrate you, but it won't have an effect immediately. The following day will be when you notice it and when you really need to drink water, juice etc. to get your levels back up.

The color of urine depends on the protein content of it. When drinking beers, there's not much protein entering so it's generally clearer.

ya, it is dehydrating.......you pee it out
especially if you drink a few of them
imagine drinking that much water in the same amount of time
it would probly make your pee clearer, too
