Hells yeah! I'm on it right now and I like the program. I'm not following it exactly though, I still have changes to make and I need to finish adjusting to the program. You should cook healthy meals using their recipes but I don't cook so I have to start. Good luck and email me if you want more information. (I think my email is public on here.)

weight watchers is not a bad diet. it does provide sound health information.

However many people find it overcomplicated and drop off of it. Thats something statistics won't show you.

The main problem I have with weight watchers is that it makes you dependant on thier system and doesn't explain why for you to go out and understand why certain foods are better than others and some are bad for you and it doesn't explain to you about proper nutrition.

It may have designed an overly complex system around it, that is generally healthy but it doesn't explain to you the reasoning behind that system or the choices you make.

That can be hugely important if you are modifying the diet to provide for optimization of an athletic activity.

I like it. I have lost about 39 lbs so far following the weight watchers point system and working out. I know the biggest thing it teaches is portion size. I also just joined a website that helps with weight lose and it seems pretty cool too. Check it out, it's 100% free, www.sparkpeole.com. I hit a plateau with WW, and started this 2 wks ago and started loosing some more. Good luck!

Yes, it absolutely is. WW helps you learn a new life style as well as a new eating style. They help you learn how to lose weight to your desired (normal)weight and then the program helps you with maintaining it. If you follow the program faithfully it will work for you. If you have questions or struggles you can talk to the whole meeting group or to one of the group leaders privately. WW keeps up with the latest information and research on nutrition, exercise, weight loss and psychology. It is very supportive, and it addresses all the important factors in weight loss, not just what you, but how much, when, where, why. At every step they give you written material and address all the issues that will help or hinder your efforts. I highly recommend it.

Like any program, you have to actually follow it to get the best results, but it is sane, rational, safe, effective, and leads directly to a life-long maintenance plan.

It is an excellent way to lose 25 lbs. Remember it will take you 4-5 months to do that, but if you remain consistant in your weight loss plan and desire to lose the weight, It will come off and you will (hopefully) have changed the bad habits which caused you to gain an extra 25lbs

It's the only thing that ever worked for me. I lost 50lbs the first time I did it and now after having my 3rd child, I'm going to start WW again!! Good Luck!

Yes, this is a way of life.. It allows you to eat whatever you like, pizza etc. but in moderation... The statistics speak for themselves... Dedication is the key as with any diet.. Good luck
