All over my arms and hands. I ahvent been outside that often and they keep appearing. Where are they coming from and how can I stop it?

Could it be wear I sleep. I just recently changed thge sheets a week ago. Should I change them again?

I know what you mean, that happens to me alot too. I think it may be that houses have plenty of insects thriving in them. You should check your bed and furniture. Yes, you should probably clean out the sides of your beds and the cracks near the bed.

Oh that happened to me and my family!. That is a bed bug. It is started biting me when i am asleep. They come out at dark and start bitting me. When you go to sleep check your kirtins they would be up there or on the kirtins. And i called the manager of mycompound i live in a compound so they got people to spray all the room and the whole house so it killed the bed bugs. And than nothing happened anymore.

check behind the headboard of your bed cause they often hide there during the day and they come out at night . so be sure and get a spray to kill em and spray it behind your headboard . good luck .
