I've recently become allergic to eggs. I'm learning to read lables but is their anyone out there that can relate?

Yes definitely there are many who can relate,allergies are increasingly on the rise.I also suffer from an egg allergy/intolerance.What helps is to shop at a health food store or whole foods market where they have many options of breads,baked goods and other products which are egg free.They make something called an egg re placer which you can mix into flours in your baking.Ener-g ,makes a good one for example.Another big help is to get a good food allergy cook book and learn how to adapt recipes without eggs...

Technically, I am intolerant to eggs instead of allergic. I cannot eat poultry either. I use powdered egg replacer when I cook. That way, you can make pies, cakes, cookies, etc. without needing eggs.
