Im five foot 1 and 115 lbs.
I do an hour of kicking and punches with weights
I do an hour of push ups and sit ups and such
I do an hour of martial arts
I do splits and heavy stretching for an hour

What else can I do pls give me ideas

How does it feel? Do you get a tingling sensation, or do you even realize what you are doing. I would love to be able to walk someday, and I think if I could imagine the phsical sensation, it would help motivate me.

I am taking my braces off tomorrow because my 15s cruise leaves saturday. my orthodontist said my teeth were ready to remove the braces ad asked me to wear some rubber bands to keep the midline(huh..?). But i have noticed that my teeth have moved and now the top oes lie perfectly on the bottoms ones, not slightly in front like I see most people have them. is that ok? will he still be able to take the braces off or will we have to wait till they go slightly over?

The doctor thinks I'm anemic and have thyroid problems. 5 people in my family have thyroid problems (one has thyroid cancer) and I've been having weird dizzy spells where I get really dizzy and hot and have to hold on to something or I'll collapse. I get those quite frequently, sometimes 3-4 times a day. What could that be and does blood testing hurt?

im 30 now, have borderline personality disorder, and have lived an extremely miserable life, endured trauma, sexual abuse, victimization, assaults throughout my life, i was bullied throughout secondary school,(high school). ive never made any friends in life or have never had a girlfriend or relashionship, i have no self esteem, i have rage/anger problems and i feel very bitter about everything...ive never worked or gained any qualifications in life. dropped out of high school after the bullying,( through 4 different high schools)~ spent 18 months in a psychiatric hospital, because i was crying out for help, and over exagerated my problems to psychiatrists, so i would get the help, i made myself out to be dangerous, & i spent 18 months in a psychiatric hospital.....i sit here in my one bedroomed flat embittered and enraged about my life..i sit here alone and lonely...me..myself and i...THEN: i get to see everybody enjoying there lives, grinning, laughing, sqealing, getting their needs

Personal experience has made me so dispondent, I don't even bother going to my doctor, I go to a drop in clinic (a new NHS centre) in a neighbouring borough.
I am supposed to take my son to child health clinic at my GPs but the place is always full, it's too small for it's purpose and it isn't somewhere I would really like to take him anyway.
I went to 3 other surgeries in the area to check them out, they are all as bad as each other.
I checked out the performance thing on the NHS website for the PCT abd it said 'POOR'. Why do we have to put up with this sub-standard care?

first i am 15,and i started masturbation 2 months ago.The proplem is my friends told me that masturbation has lots of disadvantges on the human body.they said that it weakens sex desire,sperm productivity,and the sex organ in general.they even told me that it causes the appearance of.........hmm i dono the word u know these granilike things that appeare on the skin.Anyways,i knew that most or almost all of my friends msturbate,but i donot want to masturbate.i donot want these stuff to happen to me.My comp. teacher (propably the most affable and trusted) once told us to avoid it but how. iv'e been smoking since i was 14 now im 23 and cant stop i smoke a whole quarter pound in a week, with my bf of course and we want to stop. weve already tried cold turkey and that so didnt work. i wish i could get hypnotized. any ideas???
