If you think doctors have nothing better to do than hang around on YA and answer questions, I'm betting that you'll be sorely disappointed.

If you feel you need a doctor's answer, then you'd best make an appointment and go to the office and see a doctor in person.

As for the discharge, if it isn't causing irritation, itching, burning, isn't clumpy, and isn't an odd color or have an offensive odor, then the chances are VERY good that it is common everyday vaginal discharge that EVERY woman has during her fertile years, and there is no "cure" as it is perfectly normal. It is there to make sure your vagina stays clean, in a proper pH balance, and make the environment conducive and hospitable for both sex and sperm.

It could be normal discharge related to your menstrual cycle.
If this discharge is a new thing, and you've been sexually active, what you could have is Gonorrhea or "The Clap". It's a fairly common sexually transmitted disease in the United States and it often comes in a package with Chlamydia, which is another very common disease.
Both of these are caused by bacteria and can be cured very easily with oral antibiotics: doxycycline for gonorrhea and amoxicillan for chlamydia. You won't be able to get either of those without a prescription, so you need to either go to your doctor, or to an STD clinic to get treated.
Do get treated. If you don't, both diseases can travel up the vagina, into the uterus, up the fallopian tubes and into your peritoneal cavity, causing pelvic inflammatory disease or PID. That could land you in the hospital.

Yeah, I'm not a doctor, but you don't need a doctor for this question.

It's normal discharge, it will always be there. It's the vagina's natural way of cleaning its self. There is no medicine that you can take to get rid of it, because if it stops, you may either have something wrong with you, or you're going to end up getting a yeast infection or some kind of infection from being dirty. And btw, so that you don't think I'm being offensive, it can get dirty from anything, whether it be sex toys, fingers, a penis, or possibly even toilet paper [however, I would hope that no one would ever use dirty toilet paper.]

Hope that you understand now.
If you're that concerned, talk to your mom. She can tell you all about it.
