At 5' 1" and 115 lbs, your BMI is 21.7. 18.5 to 24.9 is considered normal and healthy, so you don't have a problem there.
If you are doing this for appearance alone, there is no point in going below a BMI of 19.0. Studies have shown that people with BMIs below this are usually perceived as being too thin. For you, this would be a body weight of 101 lbs.
You don't say how often you do an hour of kicking, an hour of push ups, an hour of martial arts, etc. If you're doing that every day, there's not much more you can do in the way of exercise, and you'll have to look to diet to lose any weight.
If that's not every day, try to increase your workouts to 5-6 times per week.

Doing dance might be interesting to change it up, but I really wouldn't add hours to your regiment. Four+ hours (I assume you mean per day) of excerise is already excessive, especially since you're already of low to average weight. No offense really, but maybe you should work on the inside rather than out, it just sounds like that may be were your real problem is.

ok, even if you're excersizing, you should eat well too.
Just make sure to cut down on "fake" products, ie. soda, splenda, etc. They screw up your system.
Yoga helps you get toned. even 10 minutes a day is good.
Eat earlier meals, and many smaller ones so they burn off better.
Lastly, it's not about being skinny so much as being healthy.

well thats alot but you should try jogging or running plus go on a diet hope this helps and good luck ps dnt call youre self fat youre just plump we all dont need those perfect bodies we see on tv

umm thats rele good! your doing great i wish i could do all that, all i can really advise you to do, is count:
calories
carbs
sugars
and everything so that its not too much not too little but healthy!
umm eat more: protiens and fibers
eat fruits instead of chips
and water instead of soda
hope that helps!
