Hello ladies,
I've recently joined a gym in an effort to be healthier and in better shape. During my personal training session, they measured my body at 178lbs, 6'0", 8% body fat (seems too low to me), and set my target weight at 190lbs.
I've always heard from women that TOO muscular is unattractive. So how muscular should i go and which muscles should i focus on? Where do i need the most work? And should i go to 190lbs or go higher?
