You could survive, but you probably wouldn't be very healthy and more than likely, you'll be hungry all the time. You'd also be missing a lot of vital nutrients that you need to function properly.
Your body needs calcium and other nutrients found in dairy products. Yes, these can be obtained in certain fruits or vegetables, but you'd have to eat a whole lot more. You could always try vitamins, but then you run the risk of still failing to get those nutrients if your body cannot absorb them from the supplement.
Your body also needs protein. Protein is what helps us build and repair. It fuels the mitochondria in your cells. Without it, I'm sure you'll not only find yourself weak, your muscles will start to deteriorate and you'll probably start to feel sleepy. You also run the risk of being anemic and having other health complications.
If your looking for ways to eat more healthfully, try: tofu, lentils, beans, fish, whole wheat bread or brown rice. It's never healthy to completely cut out any of the food groups. Try using healthy alternatives instead.

Yes, you'll survive....but you'll be missing certain nutrients. It sounds like a good cleansing diet...good for short term detox...but not long term. I'd do it for like 2 weeks and then add back in other stuff like rice and proteins (tofu, meat, nuts), and also some fats.

You need protein. Make sure there's lots of beans. You also need calcium, so add some dairy.
