I'm 16 years old, and I really want to close the little gap between my two front tooth,cuz I hate how it looks....How should I start it? What should I do???

I have just started a month of chiropractic manipulation for my back and neck being out of alignment and its hurting. The doctor has given me a wheat back that provides periodic relief but I'm not sleeping and continually in pain. Any suggestions might help.

I've been boiling water and pouring into a poland spring bottle and then freezing it, I'm a bit afraid because i just got an email that it does, the biggest problem is that I'm pregnat and I've been doing this mostly my whole pregnancy and now im afraid, can any one give me information on this or tell me if it's true .do you think it will be harmful to my baby?

will i go back to my regular period which you could set a freaking clock by never came untimely and was easy to deal with? I have depression, and I find that as much as I want to exercise and lose weight, I am having a difficult time getting motivated due to my depression. Exercise does help me feel better and help with my depression, but does anyone have any tips on getting motivated in the beginning and continuing an exercise routine even when feeling discouraged?

i was told id bleed for 3 days maybe 4 and 6 days later im still bleading it was pretty light like spotting but i bit more than that and now its go alot heavier again in the last day.

i went on the pill after my operation i dont know if this has anything to do with it but im a bit worried about it
is it normal to bleed that much?

Ok, so I went to the beach like two times, and I swam, and I tanned the only problem is tan lines!! I don't mind the tani lines on my upper body, but I do on the lower... I can't wear ANYTHING low cut... I put the bikini too high up, and now I can't wear anything low cut because I'm white there and darker above. Can anything be done about this?

I would also like to know if this sounds good in taking care of my skin...

Ive been steaming my face every night for about ten minutes then immediately cleaning my face with nuetrogena then i splash on cold water to close the pores. I'm 18 now and i would like to when i could ever have clear skin again :-(

Also if I eliminate neutrogene(cause it's so expensive) and use dove exfoliating could that help too?
