SEX, believe iot or not, even exercise releases chemicals in your bfrain that are naturally occuring and have the same structural benefits similar to morphine. Also stand straight outreach your hands with something heavy like a phone book, hold the book until your arms feel so weak, until you can't take it anymore, the strain, will send blood ciculation elsewhere in the body and the strain will get rid of the headache. Also seek medical advise, anything continuous could be a symptom of an underlying problem. Sometimes it has to do woth our hectic lifestyles, the food we consume, the stress in our lives, Set aside some time for yourself everyday to do something that is relaxing and feels good. There are a lot of good home remedies out there, and avoid caffeine.,

Headaches come from increased pressure around the temple or in some cases the brain. Ways to cure it is drinking loads of water, rest, and tylenol. Try to stay away from advil and asprin as they thin the blood and that's not a good thing.

Good Luck.

Certain foods you eat can cause headaches. Foods cooked with MSG or natural MSG can trigger headaches. Massages can help to relieve the pain. If you massage the section between your first finger and thumb and apply pressure it can help relieve the pain.
