And what exactly is your thoughtful question. I am on here to try to help people as I would like to gain valuable insight among subject content that I deem to be beneficial both personally and professionally (in my free time). This is my nature and it makes me feel good as a stress reliever, plus I get to educate myself on every subject. Your question makes absolutely no sense. Who is it relayed to? And if you are genuinely out here to stir up the pot, what exactly is the point. Do you get off on wasting somebody's time and possibly their health, psychologically or otherwise. I don't expect you to take offense to this answer. You mentioned that people think you are someone or you do something other than what it is that you do. Do you give your students thought provoking questions that at the end of the day, is a waste of time, because, really there is not an answer to your question. And what you consider to be not thoughtful, others may find these answers ro be very useful. I wish I could obtain meaningful employment on this site. I will work for peanuts, lol! (hint, hint "web master" ha)

Regards,

Simone Le Dipl., H.S
Child and Adolescent Psychology

P.S. But then again, I give persons like you the benefit of the doubt to try again and possibly reiterate that question, because there is no subject in question, it is clearly not targeted towards anybody. So then again "I DO NOT understand what a thoughtful question this is." And no, it is not disturbing, but rather confusing.but obviously this was the method behind your madness; a bit of reverse psychology in an attempt to lure people to respond. And to be quite honest, I can absolutely not fathom as to why I am responding, but I guess your little experiment worked. So Thesis complete, congratulations, lol!

Yes, it does.
Thoughtful, sensitive people are what I'm attracted to as well as those with a sense of humor, morals and compassion for others.
You have to DE-sensitize yourself on yahoo when necessary and you know when it's necessary.
Go to other categories like polls and surveys for a little of everything, but DE-sensitize before you do.
Thanks for asking.

EDIT: Maybe I am wrong, but I read this question more than once, also looked at your q/a and simply thought it to mean; does it disturb you that so many people who answer on yahoo don't understand how to be thoughtful and considerate when answering ANY question, even if it may not be clear. I have to add that I am not impressed by Simone's harsh and insensitive statements or her alleged credentials as a child/adolescent psychologist.
Perhaps this is what you the asker wanted, controversy, but even so, why be rude and harsh?

The thing that disturbs me most is that people answer thoughtful questions with very unkind remarks. This forum should be to help people, not for someone to have fun and put others down. There are people who really need to talk and ask questions and this is their only outlet. Unfortunately there are some out there who just come into this forum to play. best wishes

This question doesnt really make sense. Not to brag, but im pretty intelligent, and this question is impossible because your asking it about this question. It may be thoughtfull in that you took some time to figure out how to confuse people, but its pretty dumb.

"Thoughtful" like "beauty" is in the eye of the beholder. My dog thinks great thoughts but they're simply dog thoughts so I don't pay much attention.

No, it doesn't disturb me. They're just looking for attention. And I don't give it to them.
