Where can I get some that are toughter to squeeze? The ones I currently have I can get at least 110 reps out of.Too easy,needless to say.

I use a spongeball. I squeeze it as many reps as I could then squeeze it and hold it for as long as i could. If you have a gripper with handles, put a coin between the handles and hold it. Keep track of the time until the coin falls. If you really feel like getting stronger grippers, there are the "Captains of Crush" grippers. They come in different strengths, the strongest is almost impossible to do for many reps.

Flex one hand and use the different to sense which muscle tissue are working. i do no longer probable understand what goshin jujitsu is yet i'm guessing it probable would not be that constructive.
